Big Ideas, Real Impact……

Let us make curiosity our starting point, courage our driving force, and collaboration our strength. Together, we do more than just get things done; we create works, experiences, and impact that hold meaning far beyond what we could achieve alone. Let us take action, experiment, empower one another, and turn ideas into tangible results.

Acurate, Perfect, Professional.

SIDEV Institute (The Center for Social Impact and Development Studies) is an independent, non-profit organization that supports better development outcomes through research, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence-based policy. Our team has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), and community empowerment. We work with governments, development partners, NGOs, and the private sector to generate evidence, strengthen programs, and support inclusive and sustainable development.

Driven by Curiosity

We believe that the greatest achievements emerge when individuals bring their unique strengths, perspectives, and passion together toward a shared goal. No idea is too small to be heard, and no challenge is too great to face together.

For when we create space to discuss, learn, inspire, and build, every step becomes stronger and every possibility expands.

Social Research and Impact Assessment
IDR 0.00

Conduct rigorous research and social impact assessments to generate reliable, relevant, and actionable evidence for the design, implementation, and evaluation of development programs and public policies. Apply a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including data collection, statistical analysis, interviews, focus group discussions, case studies, and document reviews, to assess program effectiveness, identify social and economic impacts, and understand the factors influencing development outcomes. Conduct community surveys and participatory research to capture local perspectives, experiences, needs, priorities, and challenges, ensuring that the voices of communities—particularly vulnerable and marginalized groups—are reflected in the research process and findings. The evidence generated is used to support informed decision-making, strengthen policy and program design, improve implementation strategies, and develop practical recommendations that are context-specific, inclusive, and responsive to community needs.

Policy Advisory
IDR 0.00

Develop evidence-based and actionable policy recommendations for governments, development partners, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) by drawing on research, data, stakeholder perspectives, and lessons learned from development practice. Provide technical assistance throughout the policy cycle, from identifying key issues and developing policy options to supporting implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, to ensure that policies are practical, context-sensitive, and responsive to community needs. Promote inclusive policy solutions by facilitating meaningful engagement with diverse stakeholders, particularly vulnerable and marginalized groups, and by ensuring that their perspectives and priorities are reflected in policy design and implementation. Through this approach, policy recommendations can be translated into realistic and sustainable actions that strengthen institutional capacity, improve service delivery, and generate positive and equitable development outcomes.

Human Development Programming
IDR 0.00

Human Development Programming involves a comprehensive set of activities designed to improve people’s capabilities, welfare, and quality of life. The program begins with needs assessments, community consultations, and socioeconomic data collection to identify priority challenges. It then provides inclusive education, vocational and technical training, healthcare services, nutrition support, digital literacy, entrepreneurship development, and access to decent employment. Programs may also strengthen social protection, gender equality, youth empowerment, disability inclusion, and environmental awareness. Capacity-building activities are conducted for local institutions, community organizations, and program facilitators to ensure effective implementation. Partnerships among government, academia, industry, civil society, and communities support resource mobilization and innovation. Continuous monitoring, transparent reporting, impact evaluation, and feedback mechanisms are required to measure progress, improve interventions, and maintain long-term sustainability.

Because something meaningful does not always stem from a single idea, but from many minds choosing to move toward the same goal. Let us create something greater, more meaningful, and more impactful—together.

Committed to Measurable Impact

The practice is committed to delivering measurable and sustainable impact by combining rigorous analysis, deep industry expertise, and a practical understanding of each client’s unique operational realities. This approach ensures that recommendations are not only strategically sound, but also realistic to implement within the client’s operational environment. Each strategy is designed to address key business priorities, identify opportunities for improvement, optimize resources, and create tangible value. Through clear objectives, relevant performance indicators, and continuous evaluation, the practice helps clients track progress and demonstrate the impact of strategic initiatives. Ultimately, the focus is not simply on delivering recommendations, but on enabling clients to achieve meaningful, measurable, and lasting improvements in business performance.
